Blast From The Past

As I am studying for my papers now, i had a recurring thought in my head and the word “Rosetta Stone” kept coming to mind. I wondered where have i heard that before, and then it hit me. When i was in secondary 2, one of the trainee teachers saw my speech that i had prepared for a debate (which we won!) and he was like “Oh My Goodness! Those lines are so straight they look like a rosetta stone. So out of sheer curiosity, i FINALLY googled what a rosetta stone looks like. HAHAH and i think he’s right! ((:

Moondance I just

I just love listening to Buble when i’m studying. It’s so smooth and just perfectly awesome. i feel like his music transform me back to my childhood, well teenage years, when i was in primary 6/secondary 1 when i first started loving him.

I just realised this, there are so many things that i love in primary six/secondary one that i still love now! Like The O.C, Death Cab, Rooney, Michael Buble, Blink 182 Jamie Oliver BLAH BLAH BLAH

Okay i want to go to 2 concerts now, (1) Blink 182 and (2) Michael Buble. YES!

Sustenance

(Random photo of the day) – I just miss being in Paris. City of Love and Fashion. Ma can we go Paris?

Yesterday I headed out to Pasir Ris at 12 to meet N and F to study (: Well, F just tagged along, but it was very nice meeting you! We went for a hei sushi lunch buffet, but didn’t end up eating a lot. As part of the buffet spread, the tofu and seaweed udon that we had was rather disgusting, turning off N’s palate causing her to stop eating. MY EATING KAKI TO STOP EATING IS LIKE WOAH! (: So i don’t recommend the udon, the smell was __________ and we had to ask the waitress to take it away cos we wanted to puke. Seriously (: But after that, there was some hardcore studying for our Pragmatics module, which was so fruitful. This is why discussions rock (:

Anw, i got a text from fizo saying that she was depressed because of something. (: Just want to tell her to perservere and keep the chin up! (: You can do it!

For dinner, i met up with A’s boss and partner and we went to Bukit Timah, to this Indonesian restaurant for dinner, and then to Island Creamery near Adam Road Food Centre for some mud pie (: And it was so nice to meet the 2 of them, and they were so friendly and all that jazz.. definitely would wanna do it again sometime.

And later, im going out for lunch with A and his brother, also another A, before i go to the mosque for my meeting (:

(I know this post is sooo boring but i feel the need to recount my day so i won’t forget it. This makes me not forget.)
